I. Refund Policy 

For women’s jewelry purchased from this website, a refund or return service can be applied for if the following conditions are met:

The product has quality problems (such as damage, obvious defects, wrong item sent, etc.); The product is unused and in its original packaging; The application must be submitted within 7 days of the date of receipt (based on the logistics receipt time).

Refund applications that do not meet the above conditions may not be approved.

II. Refund Process
Contact customer service to submit a refund/return application, and provide order information and relevant photos;
After customer service approval, return instructions will be provided;
The user follows the instructions to return the product;
After confirming receipt of the returned product and verifying that everything is correct, we will process the refund using the original payment method.
III. Return Address

Please send the product back only after customer service confirms the return application to ensure the address information is accurate and valid.

IV. Other Notes: Customized items, discounted promotional items, and used items may not be eligible for returns and refunds.

Return requests based on personal preference (such as dislike of style, slight color differences, etc.) will be reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund amounts do not include shipping costs incurred on the original order (if any).
